All services, including free doctor counseling and customized Ayurvedic medicines, are provided under applicable Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before availing the services.

Free Doctor Counseling is available only after a confirmed product purchase from Ayuveda.

  1. The free consultation is valid for one session per order and must be availed within 7 days of product delivery.

     2. Doctor counseling is intended for informational and guidance purposes only. It should not be considered a substitute for emergency or serious medical care.

     3. All customized Ayurvedic medicine recommendations are based on the information shared by the customer during consultation. Ayuveda is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete health information provided by the customer.

      4. Customized medicines are non-returnable and non-refundable as they are made specifically as per individual health needs.

      5. Ayuveda reserves the right to cancel or modify the counseling offer at any time without prior notice.

      6. By opting for free counseling, the customer agrees to share their basic health details confidentially with our in-house Ayurvedic doctors.

      7. All services are strictly for individuals aged 18 and above.
